I (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) hereby grant IQClub Inc., located at 3540 Toringdon Way, Ste 200 Unit #5087, Charlotte, NC 28277, USA (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the rights holder of the IQClub software (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”), available online at https://brainapps.io, as well as the Company’s partners and affiliates, my express prior consent to receive promotional and informational materials under the following conditions:

1. Methods of Sending Promotional and Informational Materials

The Company, its partners, and affiliates are authorized to send me promotional and informational materials through the following means:

To the email address provided during registration in the Program;
Through messengers, social media platforms, and SMS messages to the phone number provided during registration;
Via telephone calls;
Through push notifications and other technically available means.

2. Procedure and Duration of Consent

Consent shall be deemed granted upon performing any of the following actions:

Checking the appropriate box on the website or mobile application;
Clicking a special button indicating agreement;
Performing any other active action confirming the intention to receive such materials.

This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn by the User.

I confirm that:
